Administrative and service affairs   

   It is known that any institution and for the purpose of achieving its objectives should has an organizational structure and job description specifies duties, terms of reference and identifies the relationships between the various department that work together to achieve the mission and goals of the institution efficiently and effectively.

 H.I.Z.S after the completion of its three bodies, namely (Board of Trustees, the institute council, the scientific council) it has been working in preparing organizational structure proposal, but it did not complete in its final form. Therefore H.I.Z.S has applied which has been proposed, in a way that covers academic, administrative and financial dimensions.
