The idea and the establishment

Name: High Institute of Zakat Sciences
Definition: It is a scientific and training institute dealing with ZAKAT fiqh (jurisprudence) and its contemporary issues.
The vision: That the institute be a place to glorify the rite of ZAKAT and develop the capacity of its institutions, its fiqh and its contemporary applications.
 The mission:
1- Make zakat worship sustainable communal affair and its fiqh easier for all people.
2- Achieving the overall goal of the rite of ZAKAT.
3- Preparation of modern ZAKAT curriculum.

 The goals:
1- To facilitate ZAKAT fiqh and link it to relevant sciences.
2- To facilitate scientific and applied ZAKAT research.
3- Capacity building of workers in the field of ZAKAT and development of ZAKAT systems.
4- To contribute with scientific institutions and relevant counterparts in the preparation, formulation of ZAKAT curriculum.
5- To contribute to the enlightenment and development of the community awareness and links it to the ZAKAT objectives.

 The means:
1- Providing scientific research services and development it maps.
2- Recruitment of scholars to carryout research, studies and developing educational curriculum.
3- Providing financial and moral support for research and academic studies.
4- Carrying out conferences, seminars, workshops, lectures and panels of discussion, e.t.c.
5- Translation and documentation.
6- Printing and publishing in its different forms (papers and electronics).
7- Action committees and experts.
8- Developing and implementing training courses.
9- Carrying out exhibitions and cultural events.
10- Developing and implementing polls.
11- Provision of database of ZAKAT aspects.
12- Benefiting of universities and training centers in vocational and craftsmanship training.
