Trusteeship of research and studies  

The aim of this trusteeship is to pay attention to research and studies of ZAKAT, and updating, increasing the effort in the research and writing on ZAKAT overall issues, and linked it to human development issues. Also gathering all results of intellectual scholars inside and outside Sudan. Moreover disseminating ZAKAT fiqh and knowledge and enrich the Islamic countries travails and benefit from their trials.

 Tasks   
1- Research services in the area of ZAKAT and co operation in the respect with the scientific and research institutions within and outside the Sudan.
2- Rooting ZAKAT trial and enriching it by university's research and studies.
3- Issuing a competent magazine and encouraging writers and researchers for their intellectual contribution in it.
4- organizing institutional ijtihad (discretion) in ZAKAT field
5- Adoption of ZAKAT academic studies
6- Attracting scientists and researchers to address ZAKAT new tangles issues.
7- Contributing in preparing and formulating ZAKAT educational and information curriculum.
8- Preparation of research proposals and idea and promote the same to scientist and researchers.
9- Population studies and related studies of poverty, human development and social identities.
10- Public opinion polls or exploratory studies of ZAKAT potential areas.
11- Preparing and conducting studies in order to transfer systems and technologies of social and economical projects, and facilitate its links to ZAKAT programs and operations.
